For the past 23 years, Beth has been working with children and families to help them heal from trauma, grief and loss, attachment and relationship issues, anxiety, and depression. Beth integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities into her practice with children and families, and has received specialized training in the use of Theraplay®, Play Therapy, Music Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT), and Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC).

Beth is currently finishing up her training for the Registered Play Therapist (RPT) credential.
Additionally, Beth has been an Adjunct Professor for the University of Missouri-Kansas City and The University of Kansas. She has supervised music therapy practicum students and interns for both programs. Beth also provides trainings and presentations locally and nationally.
